Harry: What's her last name? I'll look it up.

Lloyd: You know, I don't really recall. Starts with an S! Let's see. Swim? Swammi? Slippy? Slappy? Swenson? Swanson?

Harry: Maybe it's on the briefcase.

Lloyd: Oh, yeah! It's right here.

[He reads the manufacturer's name, which is Samsonite]

Lloyd: Samsonite! I was way off! I knew it started with an S, though.

Damn...I just this moment had the bright idea of using screengrabs from Seinfeld episodes, and then realised they only went up to episode 180.
So we'll have to have its poorer counterpart.

The one with Phoebe's Birthday Dinner.

It took me years to realise how good Seinfeld was, I watched "Friends" but i never thought it was brilliant like all my mates did, nobody watched Seinfeld, so I didn't either. The idea of canned laughter, the annoying music and Kramer really put me off it.

Then my dislike for "Friends" grew more and more, and with it, did Seinfeld and other American sit-coms.

Then, in Israel I watched the episode were they kept losing eachother in the cinema, and I really wanted to hate it, but I began to appreciate how good it was. And I thought, why have never given this the chance before.

Now I am half way through season 3 from my box set...

Got up to season 7 at home, and am so far at the start of season 4 (though have watched a few bits of pieces from later series...think it was season 7 they used to air late night on BBC2). Episodes 3/4 (hour special) next for me, which see Jerry and George, to start off the arc of the series, pitching their sitcom 'about nothing' to NBC executives.

For me, Seinfeld boxsets also have some of the best extras around for tv show dvds. I love the 'Inside Looks'...which give you a bit of an insight into what's gone into an episode...that you get with quite a number of the episodes. You watched the Kramer doc on the season 3 boxset, Cop? That's a really interesting watch. When you get a behind-the-scenes doc like that, they always are (and a decent length too). The 'The Breakthrough Season' one from the season 4 set is great.

Now...my 'TARDIS' boxset for the first series of the 'new' Doctor Who...Tatty, not exactly 'intact', plastic trays unsticking themselves, in a generally poor state...and handled extremely little...
