Btw, do you know roughly between what times BBC News 24 concentrates on American news?
I;m not sure, its around midnight... its called "World News" but they patch through to ABC or NBC or something, there is still English headlines scrolling across the bottom though.

My favorite breaking news of the day was on Sky Sports News this afternoon "EDUARDO LEAVES HOSPITAL". This news story is beginning to wear thin now.

my contribution towards the big 800, has anyone ever had a stalker, i mean a real stalker because i have, this woman has been spying on me and the wife for over twelve months, sitting outside our house in her car for hours on end with binoculars, my wife once was walking to work and she drove past her five times in the space of a couple of minutes, at first i didn't believe her, i thought she was going nuts and trying to keep me at home, so last night i got out the old camera and filmed the scary cow, i think it's quite funny and instead of phoning the police i'm going to make a video blog of the event, just finished one now and i think i'll make it in to a series on youtube.

it's not the first time a weirdo has made me feel uneasy (hitch hike fiasco) and i'm sure it wont be my last but i am going to see it through to it's seedy climax and film everything, watch out for my clips!

Blimey, that's creepy. She must have a lot of, er, 'issues' to be doing stuff like that. There's some helpful advice on 'dealing with stalkers' HERE, btw.

I can confirm that Wiggys story is true I have seen the footage, I wouldn't put that clip on yet though, wait for a few more of her stake outs.

I had a sort of stalker. Not naming any names but someone did check up on me on another internet forum I'm a member of for 9 months after we fell out as friends. She didn't post anything, just looked up what I'd posted and reported back to others on yet another [secret] forum frequented by some people from a certain Digital Spy thread.

Had she already been a member of the forum before we'd fallen out I wouldn't have questioned it so much, but she joined a week after we'd fallen out.

Oh, and there was this one on here...

Some bloke came on this forum just after I'd made my first posts pretending he didn't know who Bruno Langley was and calling himself Ralph. Only I clocked straight away it was actually Kevin (angelclare) - someone I'd publicly disagreed with on Digital Spy. He knew perfectly well who I was and that I don't like him so I can only assume he was doing some bizarrely thought out play acting by fawning over me in such a way.

What a strange thing for a grown 50 year old man to do.

Did anyone feel that Earthquake... that was cool!
Lol....bit late now but, yep, I did too, I was sat up in bed re-reading Harry Potter when my bed, room and whole house suddenly started shaking and things came off my shelves....I wondered what the hell it was! I've never experienced anything like it before. I remember the earthquake we had a few years back but, in that instance, it woke me up at about 3am and it just felt like my bed was being pushed against the wall by someone, there was no shaking, not like there was last night.

Lol, at first I thought my mum was stripping the walls vigorously cos we're doing some decorating at the moment, but then she came and asked me what the hell that was, and then my brother came to see what was going on too. And then Joanna text me to see if I'd felt it lol.

  Wow, that sounds really scary, what a fruitloop!!

I've kind of had a couple of stalkers. The first was when I was about 12. I used to get a lift to school from my mate's dad, who lived about a 5 min walk from me. So I used to walk to their house in the morning, and this one week, I kept being followed by this guy. I didn't think anything of it at first, but then it started to become pretty obvious that he was following me. Like he'd slow down when I slowed down, stop when I did, and speed up when I did etc. It really started to freak me out and I got really scared going to my mate's each morning. Anyway, the following week, I was actually off school for the first couple of days cos I was ill. When I got back to school, I found out that a classmate had been flashed at by a guy on the same road and this guy had also tried to drag her off into the field by the road too....I'm pretty sure that this was the same guy who was following me

My other experience of a kind of stalker happened a few years ago, but I don't really want to go into detail cos it was a really upsetting and stressful time. She was a right fruitloop though and even sent me death threats and harrassed me both in person and online. She seemed to know all my movements and what I was doing and where I was going etc

Not a great director, but I couldn't agree more...

A few quotes from the flawed yet brilliant director John Huston....

Hollywood has always been a cage... a cage to catch our dreams.

I don't try to guess what a million people will like. It's hard enough to know what I like.

The directing of a picture involves coming out of your individual loneliness and taking a controlling part in putting together a small world. A picture is made. You put a frame around it and move on. And one day you die. That is all there is to it.
