Lovely descriptions of who you are Joanna/Laura. I love all your energy and enthusiam and you both have so much to share! Great Websites and My Space thingy's. Btw Laura, really glad to hear your Chris site is coming back! 
I wish I could come up with something half so exciting, but erm...I can't, not that I can write about on a public forum anyway. lol
I'm an Administrator in a private business, I actually love my job and I'm fortunate to work with a group of really nice people, I don't think a day passes when we don't have a giggle about something. Before that I worked for a rival company. I was offered this post when they discovered I was unhappy at the last place. I'm just coming up to my second anniversary with them.
My hobby is writing.
A few years ago I watched a brilliant story in Corrie and was so impressed with it, I wanted to find out more about the actors involved so I got the net (had never bothered before) and discovered a thread on DS filled with like minded people. So through Chris and Bruno, I also discovered a lot of new friends. They and I loved the story so much, some of us started writing our own Todd and Karl stories, which was great for me, it gave me even more reason to write. Even though both Todd and Karl left Corrie, I'm still writing about them and try to keep them alive for the faithful few.
I've lived all over the place, including five years in Germany.
I like all different kinds of music, a few favourite groups/singers... Queen, Coldplay, Blue, Bon Jovi, Meat Loaf Robbie Williams, Will Young, George Michael, Daniel Bedingfield.
Pet hate - People who are arrogant. People who are rude or unkind.
Favourite film - Die Hard.
Favourite TV Programmes, well...anything with Chris in of course, but apart from that I mostly enjoy Paranormal type things and Science fiction and Mysteries.
I love anything and anyone that can make me laugh. Favourite comedien these days Ricky Gervais, Favourite comedienne Dawn French. Oh and like Joanna, I love QI. It's a real education!
Favourite Soaps, Corrie and Emmerdale.
Favourite books, well, I used to read mostly science fiction, but thanks to a certain someone who got me started with Birdsong, recently I've read four books about WW1 & WW2! I'm now reading a comic novel for a bit of light relief, the only drawback being I have to try not to laugh out loud as it's a mite embarrassing if you're on public transport!
