I think I’m beginning to really like music by David Bowie… a bit too much, I don’t know where it has come from…

Maybe from the TV series Life on Mars, but I’m really starting to like most of everything he has done… I’m listening to the Best of Bowie right now!

Should take myself to a head doctor? I’m scared

dont worry mate your no rebel rebel for liking a bit of bowie, its not exactly rock n roll suicide is it!?! i like bowie myself and quite frankly i think it makes us heroes and changes nothing!! anyway all the young dudes are listening to him these days. and you cant forget the genius that was the goblin king in labyrinth - amazing package...of sound and vision that movie!

so dont fret matey theres no shame in it, he's a big star. man i cant wait to get filming again this weekend.

I think there's something wrong with me. I feel quite ill, I have an important meeting at 11am tomorrow as well as some important shoots coming up for Bar Stewards + an important corporate shoot very soon, yet here I am reviewing and editing footage for Bar Stewards at 1am when I really should be resting.

I'm obsessed...

The Carla Purelove scenes are making me laugh too much though

UPDATE: Zahira and I arrive at the agreed meeting time and place for the production meeting - there is no Michael

So I phone Mike up demanding him to get this arse to the meeting ... but the responce I got could be compared to a drugged up zombie with the "Magic Roundabout" tune contantly spinning around in its head ... and when he spoke he made no sense...

Just don't know what's struck me down over the past 24 hours. When my phone rang I thought it was about 8am when in fact it was 11.30am. Cop was speaking to me and it just wasn't making sense. Didn't know whether I was dreaming or it was reality. My first thought was... "Oh no, we're shooting and Cop's waiting outside to pick me up and everyone's waiting for me!"

Dizzyness mostly, along with swollen/sore glands. To be honest while I'm doing Bar Stewards it's always going to be the case. I find myself burning myself out quite a lot. That and the alcohol abuse, the travelling and the stress are also taking their toll.

I need rehab.

Not that familier with Natasha Bedingfield, but I heard her on BBC Radio One's Live Lounge, she performed Chasing Cars.

She came across very well in her interview, funny, talented and honest... I was very impressed with her. I will have to look her up

Yeah, I caught her Live Lounge appearance on 'Listen Again', and you're right that she seemed very friendly and down-to-earth. Not a particular fan but I love the unique rawness of her voice (it's 'unique' good and not 'unique' bad!!).

Actually, on the Live Lounge album there's also her stunning version of The Scientist from a previous LL appearance. Loved it.
