Music libaries

I'm looking for a short, powerful piece of music to act as a sort of theme tune for an online football highlights show I'm producing. I only want about 5 seconds worth, but anything longer can be edited down.

Does anybody know of any online music libaries I can download something for free, and not get in trouble for using it?

I've got a few CDs from a bloke in Greece who would love to see his music used on something like this. There's a lot of moody and powerful stuff in there, and to get his music known he'll take on a commission for free until he's moderately famous....

Contact him direct (I was first made aware of him in this post) and if you like what he does, rather than him send you a CD from Greece, I'll burn one here & send it from Harwood.

5 seconds worth?! Does it need a beginning and an end, or are you using a v. short fade in and out? If you can provide exact time needed, plus an idea of tempo/bpm, I'll have a trawl through my archives of stuff done for video sound-tracks. I used to convert old cine/video footage to DVD, some of that had no audio so I had a stack of background music to use.
