I celebrated by working all day on a stressful short (using nice 35mm lenses), having a quick drink with the crew, then falling asleep on the train back and missing my stop. By the time I got back there was no-one wanting to come for a drink, so I sat in the pub with Emma and my friend Dave and we had a quiet drink.

I must be old now.

Just been watching the first episode of Britain's Best Drives on iplayer. What a really nice, simple programme. There was some lovely North Yorkshire scenery on show...some great shots of Whitby Abbey...Richard Wilson and his Hole of Scrotum /Horecum...Ahhh....
